Communications & Payments
Since June 2025 both schools have used REACH MORE PARENTS by WEDUC for Parent Communications & Payments
It is very important all Parents / Carers have access to this
To access REACH MORE PARENTS by WEDUC
When you join one of the Federation Schools (or move between INFANTS & JUNIORS) all 1st & 2nd Parents/Carers will be sent an 16-digit enrolment code.
You will need this to complete the set-up of your account and link pupils (even if they are moving between the Infant school & Junior School)

(you can also use the Reach More Parents app available on Google Play or Apple iStore)
If you have never used/had a log-in for REACH MORE PARENTS before
- Go to the website (https://app.weduc.co.uk/) or open the App
- On the Log-In Screen click ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT (if on the App) or ENROL (if on the website)
- Enter the 16-digit enrolment code
- Click the button "I AM A NEW USER" then follow the instructions to set up your details
If you have (or previously had) have an account (e.g. for a different school)
- Go to the website (https://app.weduc.co.uk/) or open the App
- If you are are automatically logged in then please LOGOUT
- On the Log-In Screen click ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT (if on the App) or ENROL (if on the website)
- Enter the 16-digit enrolment code
- Click the button "YES I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT" the follow the instructions to reconfirm your details and link your account to the new school / child

Activating the Payments Area
We operate a Payments system for Trips, Activities, Afterschool Club Bookings and Junior School Lunches at the Juniors) - this is provided by PARENTPAY (but embedded into the REACH MORE PARENTS tool)
All new, 1st Contact Parents/Carers will be sent an activation code. (This is a security feature to ensure only regular payers are registered in the payments system)
If additional Parents/Carers also make payments - please request this via the School Office
Once the Payments system is activated it will be automatically linked to your REACH MORE PARENTS access (single sign-on)
ONE-TIME ACTIVATION OF PAYMENTS SYSTEM (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT):
- If you are sent an activation code please follow the instructions to activate your Personal Payments Account on the PARENTPAY website (https://www.parentpay.com/)
You cannot do this on the Reach More Parents website or app - This is a one-off activation and you will not need to return to the ParentPay site once activated.
- Once activated the Payments Icon will be visible via the REACH MORE PARENTS App or Website.
