Horizons Breakfast and After School Club (wraparound care)

Horizons Breakfast and After School Club are based at the Junior School and provide before and after school wraparound care for children attending Merrow Infant School and Merrow Junior School (as well as a walking-bus between the sites).

Breakfast Club

• Runs 7.45 am to 8.35 am Monday to Friday (including Walking Bus if required from Junior to Infant school)
• £6.00* per session, including breakfast and walking bus (for Infant pupils)
  An early start session from 7.30 am to 7.45 am is available and incurs an ADDITIONAL charge of £5.00* per session
• Breakfast Club Bookings can be made online up to 8pm the night before the session
  
  

Afterschool Club

• Runs 3.15 pm to 5.45 pm Monday to Friday (including Walking Bus if required from Infant to Junior School)
  The After School Club offers two types of session: 
    - SHORT - from 3.15 pm to 4.30 pm for £9.00* per session, including tea and walking bus (for Infants)
    - LONG - from 3.15 pm to 5.45 pm for £15.00* per session, including tea and walking bus (for Infants)
• Afterschool Club Bookings can be made online up to 11am on the day of the session

*NB: Fees correct at May 2025 (and are subject to review annually)

How to make single or multiple bookings (or to cancel sessions):

• Click here to log-in to the REACH MORE PARENTS by WEDUC website (or via the Reach More Parents app available on Google Play or Apple iStore)
  If you do not have a Log-In to Reach More Parents please contact the Infant School Office or Junior School Office
  (NB: Payment for the session/s required (plus clearance of any outstanding debt) is required at time of booking)
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE: To access the Payments area of the Reach More Parents App or Website you must first have activated your personal Payments Account with PARENTPAY (https://www.parentpay.com/). This is a one-off activation, after which you will have a Single Sign-on function to Payments via Reach More Parents. If you have any issues with access please contact the relevant school office

How to contact Horizons (for a emergency messages relating to pupil collection or if you have problems making bookings):

• Email the Breakfast & Afterschool Club Manager: horizons@merrowfederation.school 
  Please do not use this email for bookings unless you are having problems making an online booking
• Phone: 01483 598544 (option 5)
  Please only use this number between 3-6pm for emergency messages relating to pupil collection - all other communications should be via email
